Ivalua is seeking a Manager for InfoSec Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) to lead a global team and enhance their Information Security program. This role requires expertise in compliance management and risk assessment, with a focus on industry standards.
You have extensive experience in information security governance, risk management, and compliance, ideally with a background in leading teams. You understand the importance of compliance with industry standards and certifications, and you are skilled at managing risks while supporting business growth. You are adept at communicating complex security concepts to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that everyone understands the importance of compliance and risk management. In this role, you will lead the global GRC program at Ivalua, ensuring that the organization meets all compliance requirements and effectively manages risks. You will develop and implement policies and procedures that align with industry standards, and you will oversee audits and assessments to ensure compliance. You will collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance throughout the organization. You will also be responsible for reporting on the status of the GRC program to senior management and providing recommendations for improvements. Your role will involve staying informed about changes in regulations and standards, and adapting the GRC program accordingly. You will mentor and guide your team, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers within the organization. You will work closely with external partners and stakeholders to ensure that Ivalua's security practices meet or exceed industry expectations.
Ivalua offers a competitive salary range of USD 112,000 to USD 208,000, along with exceptional benefits including medical, dental, vision, and transportation.
