Flex is seeking a Director of Sales Training & Enablement to build and scale their Revenue Enablement function. You'll empower global go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact experiences. This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration across various departments.
You are a strategic and collaborative leader with a strong background in sales training and enablement. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you have a proven track record of empowering teams to achieve their highest potential. You are data-driven and understand how to align training programs with business goals to drive measurable outcomes. Your ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared success is key to your leadership style. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working at the intersection of strategy, learning, and operations. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to work effectively with leaders across various departments, including Revenue, Marketing, and Product.
Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with global go-to-market strategies. You have a passion for developing training programs that not only educate but also inspire teams to excel in their roles. A background in sales or business development will enhance your ability to connect with the teams you support.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling the Revenue Enablement function at Flex. You will design and implement training programs that equip our global go-to-market teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to succeed. Your focus will be on creating high-impact experiences for our partners, ensuring that our teams are well-prepared to engage effectively with clients across multiple industry verticals. You will collaborate closely with the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations and other leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives. You will analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven adjustments as needed. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization, encouraging feedback and innovation in training methodologies.
