You have 3-5 years of experience in a target-driven sales position, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Your proficiency in both German and English allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. You have experience in a complex sales environment, particularly in engaging with C-level executives regarding change management and digital transformation. You are skilled in developing and managing business plans tailored to your region, showcasing your strategic thinking and planning abilities.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and IT teams to enhance HubSpot's sales strategies. Your ability to conduct qualification conversations with senior executives demonstrates your confidence and expertise in the sales process. You are adept at managing monthly quotas and have a proven track record of closing new business and renewals. As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will work directly with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them grow through effective use of our CRM platform. You will employ proactive and inbound sales strategies to identify and engage potential customers, driving new business acquisition and increasing platform utilization. Your role will involve developing and managing an annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan for your region, ensuring that you are on track to meet your sales targets.
You will conduct qualification conversations with C-level executives and department heads, guiding them through the sales process from initial interest to closing deals. Your ability to collaborate with marketing and IT teams will be crucial in refining HubSpot's sales strategies, particularly as new features and products are introduced. You will also be responsible for conducting online or on-site demonstrations of our products, showcasing their value to potential clients.
