Adyen is seeking a Supply Chain Capability Manager to define and drive the long-term capability roadmap for their global supply chain. You'll collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into strategic initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in supply chain operations.
You have a strong background in supply chain management and program management, with at least 5 years of experience in defining and implementing supply chain capabilities. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including commercial, product, and operational stakeholders, to align on strategic goals and initiatives. Your analytical skills enable you to identify gaps and prioritize high-impact opportunities effectively. You are proactive in your approach, moving from reactive problem-solving to building capabilities that enhance decision-making across the supply chain.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and foster alignment among diverse teams. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in dynamic environments where you can drive change and innovation.
