What you'll do

In this role, you will define and drive the long-term capability roadmap for Adyen's global supply chain. You will partner closely with various teams to understand current and future commercial needs, ensuring that the supply chain is scalable and effective. Your responsibilities will include identifying gaps in capabilities, prioritizing initiatives that have the highest impact, and ensuring cross-functional alignment throughout the organization.

You will lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, pushing for executional momentum that enables faster and smarter decision-making. As the business grows in complexity, you will help transition the team from reactive problem-solving to proactive capability building, ensuring that the supply chain can adapt to changing demands and challenges.

Your role will involve regular collaboration with product, commercial, finance, and tech teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on the strategic vision and execution plans. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
