Twilio is seeking a Principal Leadership Development Manager to design and deliver impactful leadership programs for global leaders. This role requires strategic advisory skills and experience in leadership development.
You have a strong background in leadership development, with experience designing and implementing high-impact programs that drive executive excellence. Your strategic thinking allows you to assess capability gaps and propose targeted solutions that align with business objectives. You thrive in a remote-first environment and understand the importance of fostering a culture of connection and inclusion among diverse teams. Your ability to collaborate with HR business partners and senior leaders makes you an effective advisor in developing leadership capabilities across the organization.
Experience in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance leadership development processes is a plus. You are familiar with the latest trends in leadership training and are passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that resonate with leaders at all levels.
In this role, you will design, lead, and evolve high-visibility leadership development programs that are aligned with Twilio’s Leadership Expectations and business strategy.
