What you'll do

In this role, you will design, lead, and evolve high-visibility leadership development programs that are aligned with Twilio’s Leadership Expectations and business strategy. You will act as a strategic thought partner for HRBPs and senior leaders, assessing capability gaps and proposing targeted development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the effectiveness of leadership programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will also facilitate workshops and training sessions that empower leaders to enhance their skills and drive organizational success.
