Plaid is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead high-impact paid campaigns across various channels. You'll manage multi-million-dollar media budgets and work closely with Product Marketing and Sales. This role requires expertise in data-driven marketing strategies.
You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing paid campaigns across channels like Search, Social, Display, and CTV. Your background includes working with substantial media budgets, where you've made data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend and lead quality. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Collaboration is key for you, as you will work closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams to define targeted messaging and audience segments. You are passionate about continuous optimization and developing testing roadmaps to enhance campaign performance. You understand the importance of evolving narratives across the full marketing funnel and are adept at leveraging various marketing tools and platforms.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with financial technology and the ability to adapt to a fast-evolving industry will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and have a track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue through innovative marketing strategies.
