Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Auto Painter to join their team in Belton, MO. You'll be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors and using water-based paint to prepare vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are familiar with using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment, such as an automotive inspection center. Your attention to detail ensures that every vehicle you paint meets high standards of quality and aesthetics. You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools and equipment, and you understand the importance of maintaining a clean and safe workspace. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication with your colleagues to achieve the best results.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes matching and mixing paint colors to ensure a perfect finish. You will work inside our advanced paint booths, utilizing water-based paint to achieve high-quality results. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure that vehicles are painted efficiently and to the highest standards. You will also be expected to maintain your tools and workspace, ensuring that everything is in optimal condition for your work. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor entry-level painters and share your expertise to help them develop their skills.
