Overview

Revance is hiring a Utility Associate Packaging for their Washroom team to assist in packaging activities and maintain equipment. This role requires physical stamina and adherence to GMP standards.

Who you are

You are an entry-level candidate eager to start your career in a manufacturing environment. You possess a strong work ethic and are willing to learn the intricacies of packaging operations. You understand the importance of cleanliness and organization in a production setting, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are sanitized and maintained properly. You are physically capable of lifting heavy items and standing for long periods, demonstrating your commitment to meeting production demands.

Desirable

While prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging role is not required, any familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar environments will be advantageous. You are detail-oriented and can follow instructions meticulously, ensuring compliance with all operational procedures. A willingness to collaborate with team members and assist in various tasks as directed by supervisors is essential.

What you'll do

As a Utility Associate Packaging, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the packaging of products, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. You will be involved in machine setups and breakdowns, gaining hands-on experience with the equipment used in the packaging process. Your role will also include maintaining cleanliness in the washroom area, ensuring that all utensils and equipment are sanitized after use. You will keep accurate logs of equipment usage and maintenance, contributing to the overall organization of the production area.

You will work closely with the packaging supervisor to prioritize cleaning tasks and assist in serialization and filling operations as needed. Your ability to lift and carry heavy items will be crucial as you handle machine parts and assist in inventory management. You will be expected to comply with all cGMP procedures and standard operating procedures, ensuring that the production process flows smoothly and efficiently.
