Overview

Pinecone is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive their growth strategy through product-led growth and sales-driven pipeline development. You'll implement marketing campaigns targeting business decision makers and optimize lead handoff to sales reps. This role requires a strong background in growth marketing and email marketing.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in growth marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in driving marketing strategies that lead to measurable growth. Your expertise in email marketing allows you to design and execute behaviorally triggered lifecycle emails that enhance onboarding, activation, and customer retention. You understand the importance of optimizing deliverability, open rates, and conversion rates to qualified pipeline and revenue.

Your experience in campaign management is extensive, as you have successfully run multi-touch campaigns across various channels including paid search, social media, content, email, and webinars. You are adept at analyzing campaign performance and ensuring clear attribution and ROI. You are also familiar with building automations using tools like n8n to streamline lead capture, enrichment, routing, and lifecycle triggers.

You are skilled in executing disciplined A/B testing across various elements such as subject lines, CTAs, sequences, landing pages, and onboarding flows. Your ability to create brand-aligned, high-converting emails with compelling copy and visuals sets you apart. You are also proficient in segmenting audiences to tailor messaging effectively.

Desirable

Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance and user engagement is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms will enhance your ability to manage leads effectively. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Your analytical skills will be essential as you measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.
