Overview

NICE is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the ANZ region to develop and execute a commercial strategy for AI-driven customer experience solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams and complex enterprise deals.

Who you are

You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the technology sector. With over 10 years of experience, you have developed a deep understanding of sales strategies and team management. You excel at building high-performing teams and have a knack for mentoring and developing talent. Your experience in the ANZ market gives you unique insights into customer needs and competitive dynamics. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies and decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing complex enterprise deals.

What you'll do

As the Vice President of Sales for ANZ, you will define and execute the commercial strategy for NICE's AI-driven customer experience solutions. You will lead a team of approximately 12-15 sales professionals, including two Sales Directors, ensuring they meet their quotas and develop their skills. You will be responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, and territory coverage, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's goals. You will also manage and grow the partner ecosystem, collaborating closely with presales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Your role will involve direct engagement with key clients and stakeholders, driving complex enterprise deals to closure. You will report to the President of CX International and contribute to the overall international strategy while tailoring tactics to the ANZ region.
