You have experience in medical support, ideally in a workplace setting, and are committed to promoting health and safety principles. You understand the importance of creating a safe work environment and are eager to engage with employees to support their wellbeing. You are comfortable assessing and administering first aid and can effectively communicate with associates about occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. You are familiar with OSHA regulations and have a proactive approach to managing health risks in the workplace. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working as part of a team to enhance safety operations.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of associates. You will independently assess and administer first aid as needed, providing immediate support for injuries and illnesses. You will participate in weekly safety committee meetings and engage with new hires to promote a culture of safety from day one. Your responsibilities will include guiding associates on health and wellness principles, referring them to outside medical providers when necessary, and contributing to case management reviews. You will work closely with the WHS Site Manager and other specialists to implement best practices for workplace health and safety. Your role will involve actively participating in safety operations and supporting the overall mission of making Amazon the safest place to work.
