Inspiren is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to enhance and scale their Customer Marketing Program. You'll work cross-functionally to drive customer adoption and growth. This role requires strategic thinking and execution skills.
You have a strong background in customer marketing, ideally with experience in the healthcare or technology sectors. You understand the importance of building tailored marketing plans that resonate with customers and drive engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to see the bigger picture while also being detail-oriented in execution. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the customer lifecycle. You are passionate about customer success and have a track record of developing programs that foster trust and advocacy among customers. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a growing organization, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will serve as the primary marketing partner to our customers, onboarding customer marketing teams and building tailored marketing plans. You will deliver programs that drive adoption, trust, advocacy, and growth, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and outcomes. You will collaborate with Clinical Success, Product Marketing, Content, Demand Generation, Training, Clinical, and Sales teams to create a cohesive marketing strategy that supports customer engagement throughout their journey. Your hands-on approach will be essential in executing marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results. You will analyze customer feedback and data to refine marketing strategies and ensure they are effective in meeting customer needs. You will also play a key role in amplifying Inspiren's brand through customer success stories and testimonials.
