Who you are

You are a resourceful and highly organized individual who thrives in a high-velocity sales environment. With a passion for outbound sales, you are eager to connect with prospects who may benefit from Vibe's innovative advertising solutions. You understand the importance of personalized messaging and are excited to partner with Account Executives to craft effective outreach strategies. You are comfortable with proactive outreach methods, including cold calling and engaging on platforms like LinkedIn. Your ability to identify high-value brands and agencies will be key to your success in this role. You are looking to build a career in a fast-growing company and are ready to take on the challenges that come with it.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with an Account Executive to develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies aimed at growing Vibe's pipeline of new business. You will engage in proactive outreach to connect with prospects who have not yet expressed interest in Vibe's offerings. Your responsibilities will include crafting personalized messaging that resonates with potential clients and identifying high-value brands and agencies that align with Vibe's mission. You will utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and cold calling, to reach out to prospects and generate interest in Vibe's advertising solutions. You will also collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies based on feedback and results, ensuring that your approach is effective and impactful. Your role will be hands-on and high-impact, contributing directly to Vibe's growth objectives.

What we offer

Vibe offers a competitive base salary of $65,000 annually, with the potential for variable compensation based on performance. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, spending time in our new office located in NYC's Flatiron District. We provide unlimited PTO to help you recharge and reset, as well as paid parental leave for both maternity and paternity.
