Job Description

Who you are

As the VP of Growth, you have a proven track record in driving growth strategies within a fintech environment. You understand the nuances of user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, and you thrive in a performance-driven organization. Your leadership style is empowering, and you believe in fostering a culture of trust and autonomy among your team members. You are data-informed in your decision-making and can balance performance marketing with product-led growth strategies. You have experience working cross-functionally with product, data, brand, finance, and operations teams to achieve business objectives. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a highly regulated industry while maintaining a focus on user-centric solutions.

Desirable

Experience in AI integration within growth strategies is a plus. Familiarity with performance marketing tools and data analytics platforms will enhance your ability to drive results. A background in financial services or technology will be beneficial as you lead initiatives that require a deep understanding of the market and user needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the growth strategy for KOHO, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive profitable growth and scale the user base efficiently. This includes overseeing all aspects of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You will lead a high-impact growth team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the company's mission to empower Canadians financially. You will collaborate closely with product, data, brand, finance, and operations teams to create a cohesive approach to growth. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform decisions and optimize marketing strategies, ensuring that KOHO remains competitive in the fintech landscape. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering an environment where innovative ideas can flourish.

The company is committed to building a culture that values clarity, ownership, and bold thinking. As part of the leadership team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory and contribute to its mission of improving financial services for Canadians. KOHO is dedicated to supporting its employees and providing the resources needed to succeed in their roles.
