Artsy is seeking a B2B Marketing Lead to own and scale their marketing function. You'll drive demand generation and revenue enablement for subscription offerings while collaborating with sales and product teams. This role requires strong judgment and strategic thinking.
You have a proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading marketing teams. You thrive in environments where the business is evolving, and you excel at developing strategies that drive demand generation and revenue growth. Your strong judgment allows you to navigate complex situations and make impactful decisions that align with business goals.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and product. You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable marketing strategies. Your analytical mindset helps you optimize marketing funnels and track performance metrics to ensure success.
You are passionate about building relationships with galleries, auction houses, and other business partners, understanding the nuances of the art world and how marketing can enhance these connections. You are comfortable with both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, and you have experience developing systematic programs that engage and convert leads.

As the B2B Marketing Lead at Artsy, you will own the marketing strategy for the B2B segment, working closely with the sales and product teams to align efforts and drive growth. You will lead a small, high-leverage marketing team focused on execution excellence, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are effectively implemented and optimized.
You will develop and optimize the full B2B demand generation funnel, from awareness through to closed-won deals. This includes creating and managing inbound programs such as content marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization, as well as designing outbound campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Partnering with sales leadership, you will define, track, and hit pipeline generation targets, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into measurable results. You will build, instrument, and iterate on lead routing infrastructure and scoring models to enhance lead management processes.
