Celonis is seeking a Senior Process Intelligence and Automation Consultant to help customers achieve their strategic goals using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. This role involves translating customer objectives into value assessments and engaging with senior stakeholders.
You have a strong background in process intelligence and automation, with experience in consulting roles that require a deep understanding of business processes and value creation. You are skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders and translating complex objectives into actionable insights. Your ability to build business cases and conduct value workshops makes you a trusted advisor to clients. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams and partners to drive measurable business impact. You are passionate about leveraging data and AI to unlock productivity and enhance business processes.
Experience with the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with SaaS business models and a track record of successful customer engagements will set you apart. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and have a knack for building long-term partnerships.
In this role, you will spearhead the mission of data-driven business transformation for Celonis' customers. You will take full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey, from landing new clients to ensuring their ongoing success and renewal. Your responsibilities will include conducting value assessments, developing proof-of-value projects, and creating tailored business cases that resonate with client objectives. You will lead value workshops that engage multiple stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions provided align with their strategic goals. Collaborating with the sales team, you will help drive customer adoption and expansion of the Celonis platform, ultimately securing long-term partnership agreements. Your role will also involve analyzing customer feedback and outcomes to continuously refine the value proposition and enhance service delivery.
