Job Description

Ring and Blink, two of Amazon's leading home security brands, are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales strategy and execution for both the Ring and Blink product portfolios with key retail partners.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans for Ring and Blink's top retail accounts in the DACH region, building strong, strategic relationships with senior buying teams.
- Manage the full lifecycle of key account relationships, including joint business planning, forecasting, sales execution, merchandising, trade marketing, and product introduction.
- Coordinate and optimize the allocation of resources to drive maximum sales growth and profitability in the region.
- Ensure both brands maintain sales and profit targets, while closely managing expenses to stay within budget guidelines.
- Maintain meticulous records of all pricing, sales data, gross profit, expenses, and activity reports for both brands.
- Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to product teams to influence roadmap development and ensure alignment with local market needs.
- Support regional channel marketing initiatives for both brands, including training, in-store displays, promotions, and measuring retailer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement local market strategies for new product launches and category expansions for Ring and Blink.

A day in the life
As the new Sales Manager, Ring & Blink (DACH), you'll be the driving force behind growing two of Amazon's most innovative home security solutions across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Day-to-day, you'll forge strategic partnerships with top retailers, collaborate cross-functionally to align with evolving market demands, and spearhead comprehensive sales and revenue strategies.
Your ability to connect, innovate, and deliver results will be paramount as Ring and Blink products are delighting consumers throughout the region. If you're a seasoned sales leader passionate about leading consumer technology, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.- Relevant experience in sales within retail, DIY and wholesale channels.
- Bachelor’s Degree required / MBA preferred
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with an instinct for business-generating activities
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills - a proven relationship builder - Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a get it done attitude.
- Attention to detail and bias for action, with a positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude
- Strong understanding of customer and business dynamics, with ability to apply to sales strategy and troubleshoot future account needs
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and German (Common European Framework of Reference C1)- Experience with key Consumer Electronics in the region.
- Experience working in an international startup/ scaleup environment in a fast-paced tech industry.
