Handshake is seeking Cargo and Freight Agents to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. No AI experience is required, making this a great entry-level opportunity.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in cargo and freight operations, which equips you with the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. Your background includes coordinating and negotiating the transport of goods, ensuring accurate documentation, and managing client communications. You are comfortable working independently and can adapt to flexible hours, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the evolving landscape of AI in your field.
While no specific AI experience is required, familiarity with AI concepts or a keen interest in technology will be beneficial. You are open to feedback and willing to engage in a collaborative environment, contributing your insights to improve AI models.
In this role, you will participate in an hourly, temporary AI research project, evaluating AI models based on your professional experience. You will develop prompts that reflect your field and assess the AI's responses, providing structured feedback to enhance its understanding of workplace tasks and language. Your contributions will help shape how AI is utilized in the cargo and freight industry, making your insights invaluable.
