Carvana is seeking an Auto Body Repair Technician with at least 3 years of automotive bodywork experience. You'll perform various bodywork tasks using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment. This role offers competitive wages and excellent benefits.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your expertise in various repair techniques. As an Auto Body Repair Technician, you are skilled in performing bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. Your experience includes handling large area, heavy bodywork, such as Bondo repair, showcasing your ability to manage complex repair tasks effectively.
You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, ready to contribute to Carvana's mission of transforming the automotive retail experience. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail ensures that every vehicle you work on meets the highest standards. You are adaptable and willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your dedication to meeting customer demands.

In your role as an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a variety of bodywork tasks on vehicles. This includes preparing vehicles for painting, repairing damaged panels, and ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools and equipment in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that you have the best resources at your disposal.
You will collaborate closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve assessing the extent of damage to vehicles and determining the best course of action for repairs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
