Google is seeking a Senior Program Manager Lead for Supply Chain Analytics to lead complex projects and drive data-driven insights. You'll work with data analytics tools and manage cross-functional teams in Sunnyvale, CA.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in program or project management. With 8 years of experience working with data analytics tools and reporting platforms applied to supply chain and operations, you have a strong foundation in this field. You also bring 5 years of experience in a people management role, showcasing your leadership capabilities. Your experience includes developing data-driven insights and presenting recommendations in a supply chain management consulting setting, which has honed your ability to convey complex data insights through succinct visualizations, such as Looker. You possess excellent organization, prioritization, and execution skills, and you understand that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all.
As a Senior Program Manager Lead at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring you to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. You will enable efficient decision-making across Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) by developing trust and promoting insightful data discovery. Your mission will involve ideating and implementing process improvements to refine the operational model and enhance the efficiency of data solution delivery. You will drive change management and self-serve adoption through the creation of comprehensive documentation, training, and educational webinars.
