Anthropic is hiring a Customer Activation Manager to lead enterprise AI transformation for customers. You'll guide organizations from contract signature to production deployment, ensuring they achieve significant innovation with AI systems. This role requires strong project management skills and a systems-thinking approach.
You have a proven track record in customer success or project management, ideally within the technology or AI sectors. Your experience includes guiding organizations through complex transformations, ensuring they achieve meaningful outcomes quickly. You possess strong analytical skills and a systems-thinking mindset, allowing you to identify patterns and develop scalable methodologies for customer activation. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to drive customer success. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate strategies and frameworks effectively to diverse stakeholders. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable designing frameworks that can be deployed consistently across various customer contexts.
Experience in AI or enterprise software is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. A background in innovation strategy or organizational change management would be beneficial, as would any experience in developing training or activation programs for customers.
As a Customer Activation Manager at Anthropic, you will be responsible for architecting the customer journey from contract signature to production deployment. You will ensure that customers achieve breakthrough innovation with our AI systems, rather than just incremental improvements. Your role will involve designing frameworks and repeatable processes that can be deployed across diverse customer environments, enabling hundreds of enterprise customers to unlock transformative use cases. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, tailoring activation methodologies to ensure they realize measurable business outcomes. Your project management rigor will be critical in ensuring that every customer achieves meaningful outcomes within their first 90 days. You will also identify patterns across customer activations to build replicable approaches to organizational change, maintaining the agility to adapt to different customer contexts.
