Who you are

You have a strong background in technical program management, with experience leading cross-team engineering initiatives. You understand the complexities of coordinating between platform, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality releases. Your ability to build and maintain relationships across engineering teams allows you to grasp technical requirements, constraints, and tradeoffs effectively. You are skilled in creating comprehensive program documentation, including roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans. You thrive in environments where you can drive program execution for major product features, ensuring alignment across engineering, legal, policy, and other cross-functional partners. You are proactive in identifying and removing blockers to improve development velocity.

Desirable

Experience in AI or machine learning projects would be a plus, as well as familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and have a knack for facilitating discussions that lead to actionable outcomes. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead critical initiatives across Anthropic's product engineering organization, coordinating high-complexity cross-team efforts. You will drive launch readiness and ensure seamless execution across platform and product teams as the products scale. Your responsibilities will include managing dependencies and removing blockers to enhance development velocity. You will partner closely with engineering leadership to align on project goals and timelines, ensuring that all teams are on the same page. You will create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, which will serve as a reference for all stakeholders involved. Your role will also involve facilitating meetings and discussions to ensure that all voices are heard and that decisions are made collaboratively. You will be instrumental in driving the success of major product features, working closely with legal, policy, and other cross-functional partners to ensure compliance and alignment.
