Reddit is seeking a Vendor Performance Manager to lead growth for the SMB segment in EMEA. You'll work closely with outsourced vendors and internal teams to drive revenue growth and optimize processes. This role requires strong strategic and communication skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing vendor relationships and driving performance improvements. With experience in revenue growth strategies, you understand how to align vendor goals with business objectives. You excel in communication, ensuring that both internal teams and external partners are on the same page. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess vendor performance and implement necessary optimizations effectively. You are comfortable leading business reviews and managing action items to ensure accountability and progress. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of working with multiple stakeholders across different regions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will fully own revenue growth and quota attainment for the SMB segment in EMEA. You will devise strategies that ensure vendors deliver on growth across both acquisitions and existing books of business. Leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with vendors will be a key responsibility, where you will manage ongoing action items and ensure that vendors are driving to completion. You will drive optimizations of workflows and processes at vendor sites while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with vendor and internal teams, you will ensure all communication and training are effective and aligned with business objectives. Your insights will help shape the go-to-market approach for the SMB segment, influencing other functions such as Account Management and Agency teams. You will play a crucial role in lead generation and advertiser acquisition efforts, contributing to the overall success of Reddit's growth strategy in the EMEA region.
