Ripple is hiring a Finance Intern for their Financial Planning & Analysis team. You'll assist with preparing financial reports and conducting variance analysis. This role is ideal for analytical students looking to gain hands-on experience in finance.

Experience with SQL is a plus, as it will aid in your data-driven analysis. Familiarity with financial reporting and variance analysis will also be beneficial, but not required. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn will set you apart.
As a Finance Intern at Ripple, you will work closely with the FP&A team on various quarter-end projects. You will assist in preparing quarterly financial reports, conducting variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast, and effectively communicating the results to stakeholders. You will update the departmental budget tracker with actuals and revised forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaboration is key, as you will work with department budget managers, accounting, and other finance partners to expedite the monthly close process. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of FP&A functions and the opportunity to develop your analytical skills in a supportive environment.
