You are adept at leveraging data and customer feedback to inform your strategies, ensuring that you align services with clients' business objectives.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with key accounts to understand their unique needs and ensure they are achieving their objectives using our products. You will develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to each client's goals and objectives, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact, and identifying growth opportunities.
