Who you are

You are a data-driven individual with a strong curiosity about infrastructure operations. You have experience in data gathering and reporting, which allows you to work effectively across various projects and teams. Your background includes familiarity with Amazon operations, which is valuable for this role. You possess the ability to analyze infrastructure and utility data, informing decisions that lead to cost savings in EV charging and other operational areas.

You have a knack for developing databases that capture essential infrastructure data, ensuring that leadership receives accurate reports. Your attention to detail enables you to review safety data at existing EV charging sites, identifying areas for improvement. You are skilled at tracking the growth of the EV charging network and capturing data in Asana for visibility to Fleet leadership.

Your collaborative nature allows you to build strong relationships with on-site operations teams, ensuring that daily EV charging operations run smoothly. You are proactive in resolving site issues quickly, demonstrating your commitment to operational excellence. Your experience with grant programs helps you track completion and capture savings, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party grant companies.

Desirable

Experience with data visualization tools and familiarity with EV infrastructure would be a plus, as would any background in project management methodologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing capture, recording, and basic analysis of infrastructure and utility data. Your work will directly inform EV charging cost savings for the Fleet. You will develop a comprehensive database for capturing infrastructure data, which will be reported to leadership regularly. Your responsibilities will include reviewing safety data at existing EV charging sites and identifying areas for improvement.

You will track the weekly growth of the EV charging network, capturing data in Asana to provide visibility to Fleet leadership. Additionally, you will monitor and record data into dashboards and AAP for ongoing programs such as EV charging software, wash bays, and EV truck testing. Your role will also involve tracking the completion of grant programs to capture savings, collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party grant companies to meet requirements.

You will gather EV charger OEM maintenance data and report it into dashboards for performance tracking. Building close relationships with on-site operations teams will be crucial to ensure that daily EV charging operations are met, and you will work quickly to resolve any site issues that arise.
