You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to handle various tasks such as heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling. Your expertise in roof and rocker panel repair, along with large area heavy bodywork, makes you a valuable asset to our team. You are familiar with using state-of-the-art tools and are committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving the best results for our customers.
Experience with Bondo repair is a plus, as it showcases your versatility in handling different types of bodywork. You are open to learning new techniques and improving your skills through training programs offered by Carvana. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for this role.
