ARCADE Science and Analytics team (support MCF, ASCS and BwP business) is seeking Business Intelligence Manager to lead teams to solve innovative problems through analytical solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the BI team overseeing Redshift databases and Data Mart systems
Drive strategic BI solutions for complex business challenges
Ensure excellence in customer experience and data quality
Establish project priorities and maintain system reliability
Foster employee development and team growth
Leadership & Partnership:
Demonstrate Amazon's Leadership Principles through action
Collaborate with stakeholders including:
Go-to-Market (GTM) teams
Operations teams
Data Scientists
Technical Program Managers (TPMs)
Develop and communicate team's mission and vision Align team efforts with organizational objectives
Strategic Focus:
Analyze broader business context and opportunities
Translate customer needs into actionable solutions
Share strategic insights across teams
Guide team members in understanding their impact on business goals
- 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with ETL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 4+ years of working with very large data warehousing environment experience
- 10+ years of data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience
