Rubrik is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team. You'll be responsible for driving revenue goals and evangelizing Rubrik’s Data Resilience tools. This role requires strong technical expertise and sales presentation skills.
You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales role. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams is key to your success. You are knowledgeable about distributed architectures and storage solutions, and you understand how to align technology with business needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
Experience with Rubrik’s products or similar data resilience solutions is a plus. Familiarity with competitive storage offerings in the SAN product space will help you excel in this role. A background in IT consulting or technical account management can also be beneficial. You are proactive in seeking out new opportunities and have a track record of driving successful technical programs.
