Coupang is hiring a Recruiter to support hiring operations and improve efficiency through data organization and analysis. You'll work with MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage candidate communications and streamline recruitment processes.
You have a foundational understanding of MS Office, especially Excel, and can organize data using functions effectively. Your experience in external communications equips you to interact with candidates and stakeholders professionally. You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, ideally with some interest or experience in recruitment.
You may have prior experience in recruitment or a strong interest in the field, which will help you navigate the hiring process smoothly. Being a second-year graduate is welcomed, as it shows your readiness to step into the workforce with fresh perspectives.
