Shift Lead - Downtown

You are a motivated and experienced individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments. You are excited to roll up your sleeves and actively engage in day-to-day operations. You take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes are executed efficiently and safely. You maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You understand the importance of delighting customers by ensuring their orders are delivered with high quality and accuracy. You are a natural leader, guiding Operations Associates through their shifts and ensuring the team works safely and productively.

What you'll do

As a Shift Lead, you will have shift responsibility for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and in some locations, preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will oversee the daily operations of the DashMart, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for training new team members and ensuring that safety and cleanliness standards are met. You will communicate with customers when issues arise, ensuring that Dasher pickups go smoothly. You will work closely with Site Management to support the overall operations of the DashMart, contributing to a positive work environment and high-quality service delivery.
