JFrog is seeking a Technical Success Manager to drive customer engagement and adoption of their platform. You'll work closely with customers to ensure they realize the value of JFrog's solutions. This role requires experience in the software industry, preferably in SaaS companies.
You have 3+ years of experience in the software industry, ideally within SaaS companies, where you've developed a strong understanding of customer engagement and success strategies. Your ability to effectively liaise with customers and regional teams demonstrates your strong communication skills, which are essential for this role. You are comfortable presenting technical information and have a knack for making complex concepts accessible to diverse audiences. Flexibility in working hours is part of your routine, allowing you to accommodate a global presence and occasional travel to visit customers in person. Fluency in English is mandatory, as you will be interacting with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
As a Technical Success Manager at JFrog, you will be the trusted advisor for our customers, focusing on their continuous interactions with JFrog and ensuring they achieve their goals. You will assist customers in creating an adoption and rollout plan, ensuring they feel confident in embedding the JFrog Platform into their operations. Your role will involve enhancing customer loyalty by understanding their use cases and exploring new opportunities for expansion. You will also provide valuable support to the JFrog Sales team, ensuring that customer strategies align with the capabilities of the JFrog Platform. Your efforts will contribute to achieving renewals and upsells on time, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and success.
