Checkr is seeking a Senior Director of Product Growth to lead their self-serve and partnerships channels. You'll define strategies and drive execution to optimize customer lifetime value. This role requires extensive experience in product growth and team leadership.
You have over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in growth strategies that drive user acquisition and retention. Your background includes working with self-service products and partnerships, allowing you to understand the nuances of customer engagement in these areas. You are skilled at defining and executing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives while fostering innovation. Your leadership style is collaborative, as you build and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals. You thrive in environments where you can leverage data to inform decisions and optimize product offerings. You are comfortable navigating complex challenges and are adept at identifying new market opportunities that align with business growth.
Experience in SaaS environments is a plus, as is familiarity with embedded integrations into ATS and HRIS platforms. A strong analytical mindset will help you in measuring the success of product initiatives and iterating based on customer feedback.
