NICE is seeking a Senior Business Consultant specializing in Change Management to guide customers in adopting new contact center technologies. This role involves advising on change management plans and integrating AI capabilities into daily operations.
You have a strong background in change management, ideally with experience in consulting within the contact center technology space. Your expertise allows you to effectively advise clients on creating and implementing change management plans that drive adoption of new technologies and processes. You are skilled in facilitating discussions and providing structured guidance to help teams understand and embrace changes in their workflows. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with various stakeholders, from operational teams to leadership. You are comfortable working with AI technologies and can help teams integrate these capabilities into their daily operations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy mentoring others to achieve their goals.
Experience with enterprise software in a contact center environment is a plus. Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and their impact on operational efficiency will enhance your ability to support clients effectively. A background in project management or operational assessments can also be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of change management in a contact center environment. You will work closely with the customer’s change management lead to develop comprehensive plans that outline activities and materials necessary for successful adoption of new applications and processes. Your role will involve providing templates, examples, and coaching to ensure that the customer team is well-equipped to implement changes effectively. You will also support the integration of AI capabilities, helping teams understand how to leverage these technologies to enhance their operations. Collaboration with your consulting teammates will be essential as you work together to convert technology and operational plans into practical workplace practices. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the change process, fostering a culture of acceptance and enthusiasm for new ways of working.
