Your hands-on experience allows you to work directly on the shop floor, collaborating with robotic paint systems and engineers. You are skilled in setting up and configuring spray equipment, selecting nozzles, determining pressures, and optimizing settings for various applications. You enjoy solving problems on the fly and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that coating performance meets the highest standards. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to innovative projects that enhance manufacturing processes.

Desirable

Experience with robotic systems and a strong understanding of aerospace and defense coatings would be a plus. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, will help you excel in this role. A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies is essential, as you will be involved in developing and tuning robotic painting processes.
