You have 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in Sales or Account Management, or a similar customer-centric role with direct revenue responsibility. You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to present effectively to diverse audiences, both internally and externally. Your proven track record of hitting sales targets demonstrates your ability to drive expansion and retention for a book of strategic, enterprise accounts. As a native Hebrew speaker, you can engage with clients in their preferred language, enhancing relationship-building efforts. You understand the importance of executing on activity and pipeline expectations, adhering to published standards of excellence. Your passion for technology that delivers business outcomes is evident in your approach to client success, education, and enablement.
Experience in a similar role within the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the MongoDB ecosystem. A background in customer success or account management will help you excel in this position, allowing you to leverage your skills to foster long-term partnerships with clients.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for your customer base, focusing on driving long-term partnerships with MongoDB’s mature customers. You will be responsible for the success, education, enablement, upsell/cross-sell, renewal, and everything in between for a book of strategic, enterprise accounts. Your ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions will be key to your success. You will leverage the MongoDB ecosystem to help drive expansion and retention, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align on client strategies and share insights that can enhance the overall customer experience. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. You will also track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of your initiatives.
