Nebius AI is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to enhance the new hire experience from offer acceptance through onboarding. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. This role requires expertise in employee experience design and a focus on continuous improvement.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in employee experience, particularly in designing and implementing onboarding processes that ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported from the moment they accept their offer. You understand the importance of a seamless transition from ATS to HRIS and are skilled at using data and feedback to drive improvements in the onboarding journey. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with recruiting, HR, IT, and business teams to create a consistent and human-centered experience for all new employees.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple aspects of the onboarding process simultaneously. You thrive in environments where you can innovate and implement new ideas, and you are passionate about enhancing the overall employee experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal of successful onboarding.

Desirable

Experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus, as it provides you with insights into the challenges new hires face. Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS platforms will help you navigate the technical aspects of the role more efficiently. A background in data analysis will enable you to assess onboarding metrics and identify areas for improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end new hire experience, ensuring that every aspect of the onboarding process is executed flawlessly.
