You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 8 years of experience in consulting, go-to-market strategies, product management, sales, or marketing roles. Your background includes experience in people management and a strong understanding of the social media and video advertising landscape, particularly in the context of Video Commerce. You possess knowledge of the APAC region's social, economic, and regulatory environment, which is crucial for this role. An MBA or Master's degree is preferred, showcasing your commitment to professional development and strategic thinking.
As the Senior Manager for Strategy and Operations, you will represent one of Google's most critical initiatives: winning the social shift in APAC and supporting YouTube's position as the leading platform for video and commerce. You will lead a team responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for video performance and commerce solutions. This involves collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive adoption and business growth. You will identify and recommend new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, ensuring alignment with regional partners and stakeholders.
