In this role, you will directly report to a Site Leader and play an essential part in the Site leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high operational standards at our MFCs, which involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will work closely with team members to foster a positive work environment and encourage a culture of excellence. Additionally, you will assist in training new staff and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
