Overview

Google is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the Italian market. You'll leverage your experience in digital advertising and people management to drive client success. This role requires fluency in Italian and English, along with a strong background in sales and marketing.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 11 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, online media, online retail, or strategy consulting. Your expertise in the Italian market and experience working with Italian clients or digital advertising agencies sets you apart. You possess strong people management skills and can communicate fluently in both Italian and English to support clients in the region. You have a deep understanding of traditional and online marketing strategies and tactics, and you are skilled in modeling and coaching sales behaviors, including C-level engagement and effective questioning. Your ability to own sales team operations across the Italy portfolio management, team building, and KPI measurement is essential. You are personable yet resilient, with excellent communication and people-management skills, and a passion for selling that drives you to innovate.

What you'll do

In this role, you will consult with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. You will develop plans for customers while tracking activity and providing detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent CRM tracking. Your responsibilities will include modeling and coaching business behaviors, ensuring team readiness to deliver advertising solutions, and creating a culture of business innovation and advertiser success within your team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategies and ensure that your team is equipped to meet the evolving needs of clients in the digital economy. Your entrepreneurial drive will enable brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions.
