Cloudflare is seeking a Partner Service Delivery Manager to ensure service delivery success for partnerships with key GSI partners in the Americas. This role focuses on customer success and requires strong interpersonal skills. Candidates can be based in Austin, Atlanta, or Washington DC.
You have a strong background in customer success and service delivery, ideally with experience in managing partnerships. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships is key to your success in this role. You are adaptable and thrive in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with teams across different locations.
Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSI) is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your curiosity and empathy drive you to continuously learn and develop your skills, contributing to a diverse and inclusive team culture.
In this role, you will focus on ensuring the success of service delivery for key partnerships. You will work closely with GSI partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Cloudflare. Your responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process for new partners, conducting regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, and addressing any issues that arise promptly. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partners receive the support they need to succeed.
You will also analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing feedback to enhance service delivery processes. Your role will involve developing training materials and resources to empower partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize Cloudflare's offerings effectively. You will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with partners, acting as their advocate within Cloudflare and ensuring their voices are heard.
