What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician at Microsoft, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for staging and setting up hardware deployments. You will conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on various equipment, ensuring that all operations follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Your role will also involve performing hardware decommissions for simple changes and refreshes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the data center. You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with data center standard processes and procedures, enhancing your technical skills and understanding of the infrastructure that supports Microsoft's cloud services.
