Figure is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Crypto) to lead acquisition strategies and optimize app marketing efforts. You'll work with tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive growth in the crypto space. This role requires a data-driven mindset and experience in performance marketing.
You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in the crypto or fintech sectors — you understand the nuances of digital marketing in a rapidly evolving landscape. Your data-driven approach allows you to analyze campaign performance and make informed decisions to optimize results. You are comfortable with tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and you have a strong grasp of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Your experimentation-driven mindset means you are always looking for new ways to improve acquisition strategies and app funnel performance. In this role, you will own the end-to-end acquisition strategy for Figure Markets, focusing on driving user growth through paid channels. You will develop and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing to maximize ROI. You will analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure optimal results. Collaborating with product and engineering teams, you will work to enhance the app funnel and improve user experience. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities within the crypto space, allowing you to stay ahead of the competition. You will also be responsible for reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. As a key member of the DTC Marketing team, you will contribute to the overall growth strategy of Figure, helping to shape the future of financial technology.
