Tecovas is hiring a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support the store leadership team. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers and assisting with various sales floor activities. This role requires strong selling skills and a proactive work ethic.
You have exceptional selling skills and a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in the store. Your organizational skills and attention to detail help maintain a well-organized stockroom and sales floor. You are independent and proactive, driven to achieve results while demonstrating honesty and transparency in all interactions. You are at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, ready to engage with customers and support your team effectively.
As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience, providing product knowledge and answering any questions they may have. You will support the store team by receiving shipments and preparing products for display on the sales floor. Your role will involve planning and tracking shipment information, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized. You will also participate in loss prevention efforts by assisting with cycle counts and transfers, maintaining an efficient stockroom, and leading the restock process as needed. Continuous staff education will be part of your responsibilities, as you share product knowledge with your colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
