Fresha is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist in Manilla to ensure quality and accuracy in data migration for partners joining the Fresha Ecosystem. This role involves collaboration with Business Development and Account Management teams.

What you'll do

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new partners joining the Fresha Ecosystem. You will work closely with the Professional Services Team Lead and collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth transition for partners. Your role will involve managing data migration, ensuring that all information is accurately transferred and that partners are set up for success. You will also be tasked with providing support and guidance to partners during their onboarding journey, helping them navigate the Fresha platform and its features. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key in ensuring that partners feel supported and confident in using the Fresha Ecosystem.
