You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers is key to your success in this role. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the requirements of the position. You are committed to contributing positively to your team and the community.

What you'll do

As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will assist customers with vehicle deliveries, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve engaging with customers in their driveways, answering questions, and providing support as needed. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.
