What you'll do

As a Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft, you will lead the development of the Control Plane for Azure Storage, ensuring that it meets the scalability and reliability needs of our global user base. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to design and implement storage solutions that are not only efficient but also resilient to failures. Your role will involve analyzing system performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize storage services.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team through complex technical challenges and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
