You are a strategic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in product marketing. With extensive experience in crafting compelling value propositions, you excel at translating product roadmaps into customer-centered messaging that drives adoption and revenue. Your storytelling ability allows you to influence product direction and validate product-market fit effectively. You have a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, which enables you to align messaging with customer willingness to pay. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with product leadership to shape long-term visions and drive innovation.

You have experience leading go-to-market strategies and managing analyst relations. Your background includes developing teams and fostering a culture of high performance. You are comfortable navigating complex market landscapes and identifying emerging opportunities that deepen product-market fit.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the global product marketing function at Showpad, focusing on the eOS solution. You will craft strategic marketing initiatives that position the product as essential for transforming revenue team performance. Your responsibilities will include developing clear, benefit-driven messaging that resonates with the ideal customer profile and reinforces product-market fit. You will partner closely with product leadership to ensure alignment between product development and market needs, driving innovation based on market shifts.

You will also be responsible for delivering market insights that guide product evolution and deepen customer engagement. Your leadership will play a critical role in shaping the marketing strategy, ensuring that it highlights real-world impact and differentiation. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering their development and ensuring they are equipped to execute on the marketing strategy effectively.
