Taboola is seeking a Publisher Sales Manager to secure new publishers and build partnerships in the LATAM market. You'll leverage your sales expertise to drive engagement and monetization for publishers. This role requires experience in deal negotiation and a strong understanding of the online publishing landscape.

Who you are

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and closing deals with online publishers or media companies in the LATAM market. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to independently build, pursue, and close a large pipeline of leads. Your technology-savvy nature allows you to learn quickly and support the successful implementation and optimization of deals. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication in this role.

What you'll do

As a Publisher Sales Manager at Taboola, you will be responsible for securing new publishers by sourcing and structuring partnerships independently. You will manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue booked. Your role will involve selling multiple products to clients by identifying the right stakeholders for each product while maintaining a coherent product message and overall strategy. You will also need to adapt quickly to changes in the market and continuously develop new relationships to enhance Taboola's network of publishers in Latin America.
