Google is seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative for their Financial Services team to drive cloud sales initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise in B2B software sales and account management to support enterprise organizations. This role requires 10 years of experience in quota-carrying sales.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company. Your background includes experience selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software across multiple industries. You have a proven track record of aligning solutions to drive business outcomes and supporting large enterprise organizations. You excel at growing existing customer bases and acquiring new logos at scale, which has helped increase spend and accelerate consumption business.
You are skilled in working with customer engineers and technical leads to inventory software estates, define migration plans, and build migration business cases. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations. You are adept at commercial and legal negotiations, collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams. Cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives is second nature to you, and you thrive in environments where you can drive business development and operational excellence at scale.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping customers transform their businesses with Google Cloud technology. You will incentivize and oversee cloud migrations, supporting customer sales initiatives while exploring vertical market opportunities. Identifying partnership opportunities and providing delivery services to achieve outcomes will be key responsibilities. You will drive business development efforts, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle. Your ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders will be essential in ensuring successful implementations and negotiations.
